Here at A Touch of Silver we pride ourselves on total customer satisfaction, so therefore if you are not fully content with the jewellery you have chosen we are more than happy to provide a full refund or alternatively exchange it for a different item.
Where possible please return any unwanted items in its original packaging within 14 days for a full refund.
Despite our reasonable prices we are confident in the quality of our sterling silver jewellery and offer a year guarantee on all our products.(This doesn't cover items that are lost) To speed up the refund process please inform us by email you are returning an item. We aim to process refund requests within a 24 hour period but the banks vary in the length of time to complete this transaction.
We can only offer refunds to the original purchasers.
