Here at A Touch of Silver we pride ourselves on total customer satisfaction, so therefore if you are not fully content with the jewellery you have chosen we are more than happy to provide a full refund or alternatively exchange it for a different item. Where possible please return any unwanted items in its original packaging within 14 days for a full refund.
